Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, confirming the hotel's professionalism - a pleasant surprise after long journeys. The room I occupied was spacious and clean, featuring essential amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff, particularly Mr Bimlesh, exhibited commendable service and attentiveness, consistently ensuring that needs were met without being intrusive. The hotel's strategic location on the main road made local markets and food stalls easily accessible within a short walking distance, enhancing the overall convenience. While the hotel provides comfort at a reasonable price, the limited breakfast options-mainly sandwiches and Maggie noodles-indicated a need for improvement in culinary variety. I found the noise from the adjacent kitchen slightly distracting, which could affect light sleepers. Strikes a commendable balance between cost-effectiveness and a comfortable stay in Dibrugarh.
